Come to a Community Conversation

The easiest first step is simply showing up. Community Conversations happen monthly around the region — meet the people doing the work, hear what each action table is up to, and find the one that fits you. No experience or commitment required.

Find your level

Participation is a ladder, not a cliff — people move up and down as life allows. These five levels describe the ways neighbors carry this work.

1. Leadership & Planning Council

Shape the Future

Guide mission direction, set strategic priorities, and steward long-term sustainability.

2. Action Table Leader / Member

Drive the Work

Lead or support a specific action table and move ideas into implemented projects.

3. Community Advocate

Mobilize the People

Host outreach, connect stakeholders, and bring community voices into action.

4. Active Participant

Join the Movement

Attend events, contribute ideas, and support group momentum.

5. Supporter

Fuel the Fire

Contribute time, resources, amplification, or encouragement to sustain the work.
