Partners

Compassionate SWFL is a partnership by design: every Community Action Table works alongside the organizations, institutions, and congregations already serving Southwest Florida. These are some of the partners carrying the work with us.

FGCU ROCK Center

The Roots of Compassion and Kindness (ROCK) Center at FGCU advances compassion, empathy, and civic engagement through education and community-facing programs — from campus kindness campaigns with the Kindness & Compassion table to the Kindfulness Grant model now expanding across the region.

FGCU also hosted Community Conversation III, opening intergenerational dialogue between students and residents.

Working with the tables

Many partnerships run through individual Community Action Tables, where organizations plug their strengths directly into the work.

Community hosts

Community Conversations rotate through spaces generously opened to us by local congregations and institutions — including the Unitarian Universalist Church of Fort Myers, the Quality Life Center, Florida Gulf Coast University, and Iona Hope Episcopal Church.

Partner with us

Nonprofits, businesses, congregations, schools, and local government all have a seat at the table. If your organization’s mission touches food access, mental health, youth, kindness, equity, or entrepreneurship, there’s a table already working on it — and room for you in it.
